By downloading, installing, or using TimeWith, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

TimeWith is a personal relationship wellness app that helps you track and visualize how you spend time with the people you care about. The app provides tools for logging interactions, viewing relationship insights, and receiving weekly summaries.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

TimeWith offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription:

• Free tier: Track up to 10 people, 1 calendar, and 90 days of history.
• Pro subscription: Unlimited people, calendars, and full history. Available as monthly or annual plans.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TimeWith only for its intended purpose of personal relationship tracking. You agree not to:

• Use the service to track, monitor, or surveil others without their knowledge
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into TimeWith. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep TimeWith available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. Your data is stored locally on your device, so core functionality remains available offline.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TimeWith is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The relationship insights, scores, and recommendations provided by the app are for informational and self-reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimeWith and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
